Strict No Refund Policy

At Star Cake House Academy, we maintain a very strict no-refund policy. Please read the terms carefully before confirming your admission.

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Fees

Once the payment (whether registration fee, partial fee, or full course fee) is made, it is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. We pre-book raw materials, trainers, and seats for every batch, which makes cancellations impossible.

2. Dropouts & Absentees

If a student decides to discontinue the course midway, drops out, or fails to attend classes due to personal reasons, health issues, or relocation, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.

3. Non-Transferable Admission

The fees paid by a student are valid only for that specific student. You cannot transfer your seat, registration amount, or paid fees to any friend, family member, or third party.

4. Missed Classes

We do not offer monetary compensation, refunds, or fee deductions for any missed classes. However, depending on trainer availability, we may provide the theoretical notes or recipes covered during your absence.

5. Academy Initiated Cancellation

The only exception to this policy is if Star Cake House Academy completely cancels a batch permanently due to unforeseen internal reasons. In this rare case, students will be offered a 100% full refund of their paid amount.
